Rosalio, Celinda and their children Leonard and Claudia vous accueillent dans leur demeure au plein heart de la Vallée Sacrée des Incas à Urubamba. The name of the Casa Rosalinda vient de la fusion des prénoms des deux parents qui voulurent donner ce prénom à leur premier enfant qui résulta être un garçon. This prénom ainsi été mis de côté pour désormais designer leur maison, which is the fruit of the collaboration of all the members of the family who ont all worked during the construction of celle-ci.

Celinda was convinced to make tamales, a product made from maïs qui pousse dans la vallee. Rosalio, lui, can even prepare a Pachamanca, a culinary technique from the Andes. Ces deux héritages culinaires viennent de la famille de chacun et se transmet de génération en génération.
