Not far from Lake Huamanpata, in the Amazonas region, Roberto, Carmen and their two children will welcome you in unusual eco-lodges in the middle of the forest.

Roberto always dreamed of building a place dedicated to rest where we could relax for a few days, stay and enjoy the nature that surrounds us. A carpenter, he then dedicated himself to building 5 cabins, using environmentally friendly materials and ensuring that his constructions were integrated into the omnipresent nature. The houses are lost in the middle of the forest, you will have to walk 3 hours to get there, but the walk is totally worth it.

Here silence is king and you can hear the many birds and the trees moving in the wind. Your hosts will make you have an excellent stay during which you can discover the local gastronomy, walk and enjoy the unspoiled nature, fish for your food or travel by boat on the lake.

At the same time, Roberto also practices alternative medicine such as acupuncture to treat ailments naturally and is part of an association that aims to preserve the region’s environment.
