Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome at Lima airport by Javier your private driver. He will accompany you to your guesthouse in the Chorillos district.

Day 2

09:00: Cultural visit of the historic center of the capital of Peru declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You will take a tour of the main monuments of the Peruvian capital such as the Plaza de Armas, the colonial houses, the palace of the Peruvian Government, the church and convent of San Francisco. Lunch will be taken in a carefully selected restaurant.

In the afternoon, flight to Arequipa (2300m), the first city of your stage at altitude.

José-Luis, your private driver, will wait for you at the airport to transfer you to your guesthouse Casa de Dina, in a residential area of ​​the city, where you will be welcomed by Dina herself.

Dinner at home.

Day 3

09:00: You will begin the discovery of the city, with your guide Percy and Jose-Luis your private driver. You will go to the Carmen Alto viewpoint to contemplate a panoramic view of the volcanoes. You will then visit the church of Yanahuara, built from this volcanic stone in baroque style. To end the visit, you will walk the streets of the city center with the Monastery of Santa Catalina and the church of the Society of Jesus. After three hours of visit, Jose-Luis and Percy will leave you in the city center so that you can have lunch. The afternoon is free, at the time set with José Luis you will return to your guesthouse.

Day 4

You will have the morning free.

In the early afternoon, José-Luis will pick you up at your bed and breakfast to accompany you to the airport. You will have the flight from Arequipa to Juliaca where Yolanda will be waiting for you to take you to your bed and breakfast with a musician family.

Day 5

07:00: After breakfast, you will cross the highest navigable lake in the world: Titikaka, which is 3,800 meters above sea level. You will also visit the national reserve with its diversity of fauna and flora as well as the traditions of the communities.

Then get ready to discover the artificial islands of the Uros, a very ancient people. According to legend, they had built these floating islands to escape the enemy colonists and move around the lake. Afterwards, you will sail to the island of Taquile and will be at 4000 meters above sea level. A unique encounter awaits you with the inhabitants where you will share a typical meal. You will then return by boat to Puno, during the journey you will witness the magnificent sunset.

17:00: Arrival at the port of Puno. You will be dropped off at your guesthouse in the heart of Puno.

Day 6

05:00: Your driver will pick you up at your hotel to accompany you to Juliaca airport (one hour drive) to take an 8:00 a.m. flight to Cusco.

12:15: Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport by your driver Willy who will settle you into your guesthouse.

Lunch at your own expense

15:00: Féliciano will pick you up at your hotel to begin a two-hour guided tour of this magnificent city. You will walk the streets of Cusco visiting the Koricancha, a monastery built on an Inca temple, then you will see the art of the colonial era in the ornaments and paintings of the city's cathedral.

You will be free to choose your restaurant according to your desires and the advice of your guide, Cusco is full of good addresses (the meal will be at your expense).

Day 7

Day 8

05:00: Feliciano will find him from his hotel to take him on the public bus that will take him to the entrance gate of Machu Picchu (20-minute trip). The exit will be madrugada to avoid colas, go when the site is opened and see it start.

06:00 a.m.: arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu and visit with Feliciano, a great enthusiast of Inca culture. You will learn much thanks to the stories and legends of this mystical place. Situated at an altitude of 2,400 meters on the top of a hill overlooking the Sacred Valley, it will be captivated by the almost unimaginable spectacle of this ancient Inca city, one of the mountains of Machupicchu and Huaynapicchu. You will have free time to walk around this energetic place.

11:30 a.m.: return by bus to Aguas Calientes, having fully enjoyed the Machupicchu you had hoped for during your trip. Free lunch. You will return to the hotel where you will keep your losses safe.

14:30 hrs: return by train from Aguas Calientes station to Ollantaytambo station.

16:00 hours: arrived in Ollantaytambo where Willy will be waiting to accompany them on a private transport to Cusco.

6:00 p.m.: Arrived at your guest house, you will have one last night in Cusco to experience the nightlife of this magnificent city that was the capital of the Inca Empire and so rich in architectural and cultural wonders.

Day 9

At the scheduled time in the final program, Willy will find them for the transfer from his hotel to the Cusco airport. The Cusco-Lima flight will be set sail from where the international flight connection will be available.
